Privacy notice

Last updated: 5 October 2026. This notice covers the Silvester coming-soon website, enquiries and launch waitlist. The app is still in development; its own data practices will be described before launch.

The waitlist

We collect your email address, optional name, submission time and your consent to send you information about Silvester and its launch. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Signing up is optional and does not create an account or a purchase obligation. Your email address and consent are needed to join; providing your name is optional.

We retain waitlist information until no later than one year after Silvester launches. We remove it earlier if you withdraw consent or request deletion, unless a separate legal obligation requires limited retention. We also delete it if the launch is abandoned or the waitlist is no longer needed. Joining does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing or future app services.

Enquiries

If you email us, we use your contact details and message to answer your request. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries; where your request concerns a potential contract, we process it to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any applicable legal obligations. Please do not include client accounting records or sensitive personal information.

Service providers and international processing

We use Google Workspace (Google Forms, Sheets and Gmail) to receive and store submissions and correspondence. We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and service logs. Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. The providers describe their international-transfer arrangements and safeguards, including applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses, in their data protection terms.

Waitlist responses are available to authorised people working on Silvester and the service providers required to operate these services. We do not sell your contact details. We do not make automated decisions or profile you using waitlist data.

Cookies and website visits

This page does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers or embedded Google Forms. The signup button opens Google Forms as a separate website, where Google's own privacy and cookie information applies. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website; we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing dev@silvester.ai with “Unsubscribe”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We will include a way to unsubscribe in every waitlist update.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
